Cross-posted from the 'Other Datsuns' forum. Surprised to find this nice 200sx. Intend to grab the dogleg and steering box, along with a 280ZXT head and trans. Other nearby yards also has some S30 and 130 goodies. I've even seen an S30 2400 valve cover at one. It's the one good thing about Montana; nobody else wants Datsun parts.

81 210 at the tacoma pick n pull.

White two door sedan. Says its the deluxe, but it also says 1.4L. I thought the deluxe came with a 1.5 and the MPG version came with a 1.4? Anyways, I'll be checking out some of the trim. I'm hoping the tail lights are OEM and in decent condition.

Didn't look at tail lights but under hood said it was 1500 engine still in it.    didn't look it over at all because it was automatic so we bounced.

Alright here is the E-engine in the 280Z. maybe...Zelectric.thumb.jpg.5d94e6432714c11cd43d4680f8aae8a4.jpg

Looks like the same conversion I found on a VW Rabbit in a yard in Bakersfield. I don't remember the name of the company, but it had the same battery rack where the engine would be and some in the trunk. The charging plug was where the gas filler would be and the VW grill emblem was replaced with a lightning bolt logo.

wow, if the 620 has an L20b, someone should pull that. Those are getting harder to find.

I found a 1982 280ZX in Lakewood/Tacom Pick n Pull

Has a complete L28 - P79 / F54 engine. This is the higher compression L28 and great for an N/A build.

Pedals for a manual trans swap. No more 5-speed manual in the car. Front struts are bent. Someone took the rear brakes.

Still has a diff! which should be an R200 3.9

It has already been there for almost two weeks so you better hurry. Lakewood clears out their cars fast.

I would have bought the whole car for a spare engine, transmission, ect., but live in the city and my neighbors would object to a rusty hulk in front of my house.  Wish I had the property to start a Datsun wrecking yard somewhere.  This same Pick n Pull has a nice old Honda too...I need a barn.
