Minor update on the 520.  I made 2 AC condenser bracket mounts.  Used 1/4" x 1 1/2" flat bar for the bracket mounts, did not need that thick of bar stock but it was all I had to work wih.  These bracket will be welded into place after I test fit the grill.  I am pretty sure these will clear the grill.  I have to climb a latter to get to my grill so I will do that when I am not in so much pain.

Our house AC went down on Friday.  We had a company come out on Friday and was told it is to old to repair and to replace it would be $6500.  Yesterday and today was 107 and tomorrow is going tobe 110 so it was time to get Ratsun on home cooling.

We also have termites and that will run about $2000.

This is going to be a long hot summer.

Hobo you have to like the Ratsun engineering that went into getting the swamp cooler to blow in the window.  Four 6 ton jack stands, 2 pieces of cabinet grade 3/4" plywood, not to mention the folded curtain to help block out some of the 100 plus outside air.

You might ask why use 6 ton jack stands?  The answer is the 3 ton jack stands are to short.  LOL

Received another quote on the AC replacement it came in at a little over $7,200.  We are looking at about a week at this point for the job to be completed.  This is a 16 seer unit the first quote was a 14 seer.  The higher the seer the more efficient the unit is.

The compressor is out and the blower capacitor is bad.

Had to buy her a pool as she thinks the toilet is a great palce to cool off!  LOL

Been working on my 520 wiring diagram and it is closer byt still a long ways to go.  Need to finish the diagram and get the wiring finished.  Robit is coming over Saturday morning to do the rear brakes on my 520 and to swap gas tanks in my 86 720King Cab.

I still need to pull the Weber and install new gaskets and LocTite the Weber adapter plate allen screws.  Also need to swap EGR valves as Robit gave me one off his 72,000 mile 720.  Guam does not have emissions.

Went with Gene to the Prescott Valley junkyard today as they were supposed to have a 1973 620 and 4 720s and 5 hardbodies.  No 620 only 2 well picked over 720 standard cabs, and 4 hardbodys.  They did have 3 frontiers.

I found a Quest van and pulled the battery box and the the 4 main fuse holder for my 520 project.

New house AC gets installed on Friday.  Insurance after a 2 week dance paid $3,200 of the $7,200 cost.  This is what Safeco Insurance Home Owners major appliance coverage with a $500 deductible payed.  Far cry from a $500 deductible, more like a $4000 deductible!

I will next varify every wire color and destination in the loom I have made.  Then the install and power test.  I hope I do not burn it to bad so I have something to work with after the fire!!!  LOL

Thank you Mike!!!  I thought I was done and then I realized in the 1980 720 harness I started with the was not a headlight relay, so I draw in 2, 1 for high beams and 1 for low beams.

I am looking at the 2 Relay Power loc that will reverse positive and negative to accomplish the up and down.

I am also looking into the 4 relay power window wiring.

I feel for you Mike.  I know it will be a long process but I have most of my build thread in Microsoft Word also so this will save some time.

My biggest hurdle will be finding a host and a domaine name, then creating my website so I can post PDFs, photos, videos, and whatever I want.

I have a friend that does this just need to get in touch with him.

That is a great Idea Mike.  Yes I follow your YouTube Channel.  Great entertainment when I can not sleep.  This is why I am going to do my own website.  Then when I die I guess it will die also.  It is unfortunate that all this information with photos and videos can not be archived for eternitty.

Mike when I have more time I will email you information on downloadingyou photos from Photobucket.  Unfortunatly I am not sure how to download the videos.
