Gracie is home and when we picked her up she was the size of a full grown Chihuahau.  LOL  I wil post pictures soon of Gracie.

Been spending some time in the ER.  My right hand swole up and I could not move it very painfull.  Went to ER Monday afteoon an was told I did not have blood clots between my neck and my wrist and my blood came back clear of infection.

Tried to mow the back yard on Tuesday and tipped over the lawn mower cord hooked my left shin on my 66 520 frame and tore a 1" hole in my leg all the way to the shin bone.  I looked down and saw it was squirting blood sore I applied pressure with my left hand and hobbled into the house leaving a blood trail all the way to the bathroom.  I grabbed a clean wash cloth and apllied pressure with it for about halve an hour until the blood flow stopped and a friend took me to the ER.  Could not be stitched as the skin was to thin to hold stitches so the ER PA cut off the flap of skin and put steri-strip bandages on it.

Wen to seemy shoulder and hand surgeon today and he gave me a cortizone shot in my hand that is slowly taking out the swelling.  I will be nerve tested for both carpul tunnel and also the 2 nerves that feed out of my spine down my arm.

This has been one self distuctive year so far.  Still have to have rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder surgery for carpul tunnel and possibly the spine nerve surgery.  After that I will heve my left knee replaced before Christmas 2017.  Left hip replacement spring 2018 and right hip replacement before Christmas of 2018.

So it is looking like 2019 might be a year I can get some work done on my 520.  LOL

I new someone would suggest the hampster ball,  I should have known it would be Gene as his wife puts him in one when she works on his days off!!!  LOL

The best thing about all the future surgeries is with every joint replacement it is one more joint that is free of arthritis.

The other best thing is the 520 will still be there waiting to be finished.  I was considering selling it but I just can not part with it.  So no it or the parts are not for sale.

Holy Shit Charlie !!!!!

That's a lot of stuff going on ,sounds like you are having a total restoration also , maybe you should start another build page just for you so we don't mixed up what's being replaced on you or the 520 lol lol lol

But seriously buddy take it easy you can rush quality , same go's for healing , and hire some cute babe to mow the lawn .

Cheers Fast720

Thank you all for the kind words and the  suggestions.  My hand and shoulder surgeon I feel said it best, he said "I needed to stay away from myself!"  LOL  Well I am chasing away arthritis as best as I can.

Back yard is mowed and the ficus tree is cut down to the stump and loaded on my truck for a early dump run.   Here the kids do not mow lawns they do not get off the couch.

I am going to try to get the torsion bars in my 520 in the next few weeks. I also need to mount the fuel tank. If I am going to hurt myself again I might as well do it doing something I enjoy doing.
