Awesome! I spent a couple weeks in Roanne, Lyon and Paris but I didn't see any Dattos. The only older cars I saw were Citron 2CV's. You guys also have those bad-ass roadster Smart cars too!

They say all French hate Americans, but I didn't get that impression when I was there. ;)

Good to see you Foued, and nice R32 by the way.

No way, the statue of Liberty was a gift from the French. The people of France gave the Statue to the people of the United States over one hundred years ago in recognition of the friendship established during the American Revolution.

Love the Violet, which is our 710/HL510 too? Similar anyway. Awesome car for everywhere else in the world, but damn US market got the bs solid-axle rear, which does NOT a successor of the 510 make. Wish Datsun would have pulled their heads out after they killed PL510 production.

Side note: How easy is it to swap the IRS from other areas Violets into HL510 models here, and how much to ship from France? :D

Yes, the Violet (710, later A10) was not the successor to the 510, yet they tried to foist it off as such.

Bluebird series: 410/411, 510, 610, 810, 910 (Maxima)
Violet: 710 then A10 For some reason Nissan Motor Co. In USA put the name "510" on the A10.

Hi.

Nice french old skool scene.:)
I see some Nissans that never made it to the US. That Violet 140J is what other countries called the Nissan Stanza (L20B ), others 160J ( L16) and others 510 ( US, Z engine.)

Cool GTR, congratulations. That 180B looks like the same 180B Australia and UK had. It looks like the Datsun 810 we got here in the US ( I think this is the only case, together with the Datsun 510 of the early 70s that favoured the US Datsun scene. The 810 overseas was a 4 cylinder car. The early 510 overseas was a leaf sprung "J" series push rod engined Datsun called Datsun 1500. ) which was a 6 cylinder car. The non US model was indeed called the 180B, it had a shortened front end and a 4 cylinder motor.

Nice pictures. That rallye red Nissan Cherry is cool, never came to the US. It seems it was a small car right?, because both driver and passenger look large inside the car, quasi comical.

Bonjour.

Jaime.________________________________________________________

Thank you for your warm welcome!!

I see that some people here speak French, it's cool

We love the USA and the Americans, but we hate your old policies and outside your social protection lol

but with your new president I think everything will change and our country will be a new friend

My greatest dream and come to USA and travel on Route 66 with big block muscle car lol

in France we do not have lot of old Japanese cars, because for many years we had import quotas to protect the French market ...

that is why in major French cities you do not see many oldskool japanese car or you'll soon be seeing JDM looks with ebay cheaps shares lol

to see old Japanese, we must go to the countryside or the mountains and are often first-hand

thank you for the youtube link;)

We also
