Smardo Posted June 12, 2018 Author Report Share Posted June 12, 2018 So sorry! Trying to piece together a rebuild from scratch. Trans is from a 1972 510 four door. There are two sensors at the rear right that are missing from the gearbox I have. Would like to find out where available. Thanks for the help. Quote Link to comment

I've got a 4speed & numerous 5speeds plus bin boxes full of switches, plugs etc. The only switch you might want to function would be reverse lights, the other 4speed switches or sensors are likely for the dual point switchover etc............highly doubt you need to use those! datzenmike Posted June 12, 2018 Report Share Posted June 12, 2018 All you need is the reverse lamp switch. You can plug the other., probably the top gear switch. If you have dual points just remove the second set. It will no run with full and proper ignition advance. Quote Link to comment
