I installed two from your first run and they work better than I do!   Let me know when you produce the hood rod holder.

You do know that is available aftermarket already right?

Also, the design is super generic so you could use many other varieties that would also work. There are even 3D printed files already available on thingiverse for one that would work if you have a 3D printer. Hell, I even made an updated STL myself for one I printed for my 1200 that is compatible (even just PLA seems to work fine).

I mean here is a whole set of the clip and the rubber bumpers for under $20 on ebay and that is not the only one. You could even use one off say an Altima that doesn't have that minor offset if you wanted to for less than $7.

Is the petg the more durable ones?

yeah, petg prints almost as easily as pla but has a higher melting point and is a bit tougher. it's also food safe, in case you want to eat off your sun visor clips? haha

i would need to get my hands on one to model it up before i could print them, plus it sounds like there's already a lot of options available

also i should note that, as far as i'm aware, none of the clips i've printed have broken. i know a few people who used my stl, which i have up on thingiverse for anyone who'd like to print their own, have had theirs break, but they weren't orienting them correctly on the print bed and didn't use enough infill.

you can message me

i have a bunch made and ready to go, i just responded to your dm.

also, for what it's worth, a few of you have messaged me in the past couple days and i have responded to you but i haven't heard back. not sure if my messages aren't going through, or maybe you just haven't gotten back to me yet, but i'm responding and have quite a few pair of these clips ready to go.
