Hello I always had trouble getting the right offset on a Datsun 510. I found some nice +37 old school SSR Rims 4/5 lugs. But I was wondering if it will fit my Datsun wagon. Or can they be custom fitted with different struts? Thank you for your help

You need to be closer to +10 or 0 depending on width and diameter.

Hainz is right, +35 is a no go. My 510 is race lowered, I'm running 15X7 +20 Enkie rims, 205 40 tires on Troy Ermish coil overs and Wollwood brake hubs. I have no problems in the front. I know the wagon is straight axle so your rear width is not my barrio. I had to roll the inner lip and pound out the notch brace on the rear fender wells then 2X4 flared them about 3/4" to get 8" tires in there.
