610StaWag
Finished the restoration work now. If this were your car, what price would you sell it for? 1973 Datsun 610 station wagon1 by Donald Broz, on Flickr 1973 Datsun 610 station wagon2 by Donald Broz, on Flickr 3 Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
If looking for a value for insurance or just to feel good about your car I can understand this. But to restore a Datsun just to sell to make money? To answer your question...I would never sell it. It's a station wagon, you can bury me in it. 3 Quote Link to comment

]2eDeYe
I would not sell it, I would enjoy it's company for an unspecified amount of time. Lovely goon  4 Quote Link to comment
610StaWag
I did not "restore it to make money" (I think that concept is an oxymoron). I am now elderly and I would like my wife to have some idea of the worth of the car (she bought it in 1983) if something happens to me. 2 Quote Link to comment

It’s only worth what the market (at the time of selling) is showing the average value of these cars, and what someone is willing to pay. 610 goons down here were not that common so they are a bit of a rarity. If it is a genuine one owner car this will increase the value as will if it has matching numbers I.e. original engine no etc. Hypothetically if I owned it and was selling it here in Aus I’d start at $6k (AUD); noting that realistically you have to find an enthusiast who is dead keen on buying one of these. INDY510
It looks like the cleanest 73 wagon I've seen. I would guess somewhere between $4500 and $10,000 depending on the buyer 1 Quote Link to comment

Dave Dennis
I would pay 12k for that wagon,by the way I am looking to buy a wagon. Dave .... Ok, I’m patient, but I can’t wait really! 1 Quote Link to comment
angliagt
I love that car (with the exception of the roof rack). Good on you for not wanting to sell it. Do you have a close friend that you'd trust to help her sell it if (heaven forbid) something happened to you? 1 Quote Link to comment
