This is great thread! Had fun reading through your adventures. I just went through a similar situation, but with 2 B210 coupes. I'm in Cali so they are in much better condition, and one has been sitting in a backyard since 1976. WA weather is brutal on cars. Nice work saving what you could!

Made some more progress on the sedan today.  My parents were up and my dad helped for a bit so that was cool.  Also had a couple visitors picking up parts.  Ready to have this all done though so I can get back to work on Rice Wagon and Swamp Thing.

Anyone need seats?  I'd prefer to give them to someone who wants to reupholster than throw them in the trash bin.

A B210 sitting since 1976?  Was it driven there from the dealer?  What the heck?!

Got the dash out after Church.  It was 30 something degrees out.  SO COLD!!!  I wanted to get the drive train out today too but I gave up.  Freezing out there.  My fingers were numb.

Almost finished disassembling the sedan yesterday.  Surprisingly nice weather (although cold and windy) but also had some Ratsun friends visit and a car loaded on a trailer and tons of parts left the property.

Roof!

It was supposed to snow today so I didn't think I would be able to work on the car but by the time I got home from church, there was nothing on the ground and even though it was only 36 degrees, I really wanted to get this thing done so I made one last push...

I got the front suspension, engine, and tranny out first.  A guy wanted the strut towers...

The floor has some major rust issues but could certainly be used for patches and there are quite a few feet of good rocker as well.

Damn Carter! That was some fine work there. Good on ya for keeping all those parts in circulation. True devotion and something you won't find in the Honda world! Not offense to anyone who owns one. Nice thread and great job. My hats off to you!

Thanks.

More than two dozen people benefited from parts off of these cars.  Might have been closer to three.

Just recycled the two roofs today along with all the other big FREE parts that no one wanted.  Nothing left on my lawn now but a set of 4dr doors, a nice Left Rear wagon 1/4 panel, and a wagon rear axle assembly.

All the little stuff is either distributed to others or shelved for later.

The LEFT DRIVERS FRONT window regulators are getting hard to find..............the other regulators also sell, but not as "hot"!  All 68-73 510 2dr 4dr & Wagon regulators are the same PER CORNER/DOOR.......

Lol. Some youngin' was having too much fun in it I'm sure, and rolled it when it was only a year old. 8'256 miles on it. Only had external damage to the body. Imagine what the interior and engine looked like when the old man bought it from the fender shop in 1976. I'd kill to have the seats alone. What a shame he let it rust and rot. Damn hoarders!
