A crazy noise is coming from my drive shaft. I found a used one, but its for a standard cab. I have a king cab. Are they the same length?

No. There are two 720 wheelbases, that's the distance between the front and rear wheels. Regular cab short wheelbase and long wheelbase including King Cab.

If there is a noise coming from your driveshaft just replace the three U joints. The driveshafts are balanced assembled so make sure the front and rear are marked so they go back together in the same alignment to prevent vibration.

All you need is a large hammer and a screwdriver to replace them..... http://community.rat...nt-replacement/
