Those wheels are pure sex.

Now I have to go wash up.

Haha thanks! I was looking for a while for these babies :)

Here are some interior shots , I got the cage out. I ran out of discs so i couldn’t get the ends fully off yet. As you can see all the doors have everything cut out :(:(:(

I Also got my trunk lock and latch in the mail so I wanted to go put that stuff on, hoping whoever raced this car before only bonbo’ed the lock area..sadly they welded and bondoed lol

I don't know, but they definitely are different and slope at a different angle

I will look.....got both cars here!

Hrvat9 moving a door skin from one frame to another could be hell.  Look at the inside edges all around the door skin.....see the 1/4in flange that is folded over to clamp the skin around the door frame?  When a body shop replaces a skin with NEW, that new skin has that 1/4in flange at a 90deg angle (NOT folded over) so it will fit over the door frame, then that flange is carefully hammered flat.  The catch here is that when the body shop REMOVES the old damaged skin, they simply grind the skin off right at the edge of the fold, releasing the old skin, then they pull off/chisel off the remaining 1/4in flange.  I think anybody would struggle trying to "pry" that 1/4in flange all the way around to move the good USED skin over to another door shell.  Maybe take your worst condition door and try it!  You can not buy NEW door skins, other than finding NOS, which would prove difficult & expensive!  Other option is find yet another pair of front Sedan doors (I don't think you are planning on replacing the rear doors cuz they are welded??) in good condition.............but I see you are in the rust belt of Canada

That does sound like a PITA....I’ll go through the spare front doors and inspect them a bit more . All I saw was Bonbo popping off so I assumed they would be bad underneath that.

Question: how are the 2 door quarter windows mounted? could I use the window frame from the spare rear door and make it work like the 2 door quarter with the proper hardware and pop out ?

The 2dr 1/4 windows are shorter than the 4dr rear glass, so still need fab work lengthening or something.  You can not lengthen glass, but you can cut Lexan any way you want!  To mount rear 1/4 windows, look at the front vertical rail on the rear 1/4 windows........should see two small "piano style" hinges with two tiny screw holes each......that's how they are hung!  I still think rigid mounting the 4dr rear glass will be the easiest!

Are those red calipers 4 piston?  Surely don't need those in the rear!  Maybe PO had those for the front.  All OEM caliper swaps I've seen in the rear are only small 2 piston, cuz you really don't need more than that..........

Although we run these BIG Toyota calipers on all four corners of our 240Z vintage race car, they are a very popular upgrade on the FRONT of the Z cars......never really heard of using them on the 510's, but don't see why not......!!

I got some rear brackets coming in soon so heres just a quick update since I remembered to take pictures today lol

S14 rear bucket seats fit really dam good without actually bolting them down. I think I’ll use them :)

Of course they had to weld the trunk lock hole and slap a bunch of bondo on it -_- I got it drilled and trunk lock fitted. It works now ! But I don’t have the spring to keep it open on it’s own. Ill fab up some struts to make it a bit more modern

And here’s some inside shots of this bare beauty. Passenger side has already been stripped of paint as of today. I decided the front doors can be saved so I’ll have some pics of that soon. The rear window assembly I’m still stumped about

I won’t be racing on the road so I think I’ll be ok in Canadian weather :)

Non vented wheels cause your brakes to get over 500 degrees and burns up your brake pads then they squeak terribly. Its OK though if you think of the loud squeak as a pedestrian warning device.

Will see if I can get some measurements later today....have a wagon and a 4 door currently in my possesion.

Well, unless someone comes along and answers the question.

How big of a difference? Big gap/door weather stripping will let water in?

It's not much, but doesn't align with rear doors. KELMO can confirm the difference. There used to be pictures floating around here, but they are probably dead links now.

Well, I forgot there is a catalog on the computer I'm using(I know, just brilliant this one).

Wagon door 80100-23401

4 door 80100-23130

They did not list a door skin in the catalog but i think the difference is in the top as Draker said.

door glass wagon 80311-23400

door glass 4 door 80311-23102

The "sash" as Nissan calls it (the trim frame what goes around the glass, upper part of the door) is dfferent also.

sash wagon 80210-23401

sash 4 door 80210-23100

Unless you can transfer the upper part of the door from the wagon door to the sedan door, I think you will have issues.  I have not been able to determine from measuring exactly what or where the difference is.  Sorry bro.

I seem to remember a 1/4 inch difference in height. All in the window frame. Door body itself is the same.

You could swap the window frames, though this involves grinding and welding.
