Wheel seals, rebuild brake cylinder kits, fuel filter '62 Datsun.

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone, thanks for all the help so far.  I am looking for wheel seals, brake cylinders or the rebuild kits, a master cylinder or rebuild kit, I am also looking for the fuel filter and a fuel pump or rebuild kit.  I have my 62 datsun bluebird started but I would like to keep it as original as possible. It has the 312 engine 1189cc. This is the reason I am looking for the rebuild kits if possible. I also understand a lot of these parts may not be around.  Thanks again for the help.

I am looking for a new or used fuel pump for my 62 bluebird.  If anyone knows where I can find one or a rebuild kit I would appreciate it.  I am also looking for a fuel filter to fit the original if possible.  I'm trying to keep it as original as possible but these parts are getting harder and harder to find.  Thanks for all the help.

If looking for a supplier it's fine, but if looking for parts, place a want ad here... http://community.ratsun.net/classifieds/category/3-datsun-parts/?sort_key=date_added&sort_order=desc  ...

I've added your fuel filter to this post and moved it to General Discussion, it will get more views here.

The replacement glass fuel filter part number is known by a least these two members by the names ]2eDeYe, and/or HOGIE

I believe the part# is referred to in both of these but i'm to lazy to click through the threads right now

If you don't find info in those somewhere you don't have to ask in their threads,,,  you can send them a PM i'm sure they will help you

I have no idea what filter you have or if they are the same but with these numbers you may be able to cross reference to some other make.

Both the Roadster and the early 520 use the same filter element #16403-50000. Very possible the 410/320 and Bluebird used the same.
The Patrol uses #16404-68225 as this is for a 4 liter engine it may be physically larger.
