DIY 1985
Anybody have leads as to connect an ohm meter to read an 1985 Z24 oxygen sensor? Is there a preferred generic sensor that could be welded in a bung to tune a Weber? Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Your plan is to use a volt meter to 'read' an O2 sensor to tune a carb??? I think the Z24 would use an old style sensor that just changes it's resistance so it will read rich or lean only. This would be like driving a car at a steady speed by only having no throttle, or full throttle to use. Newer ones were called wide band and produce an output from 0.1 to 0.9 volts with 0.45 being stociometric. Quote Link to comment
