Wasn't the hellcat already getting spanked by the Model X's ludicrous mode?

I've driven the original roadster. Fun car; no range.

This one looks too insane.

Tesla needs to just keep working. The tech is really good and the cars are looking great.

Their owner though; just needs to shut up and collect them checks.

If I remember right the roadster went 160 miles on a charge.  That's not to bad at all.  I like the first roadster a lot so small!

Gotta remember without Elon Telsa would be as boring as GM or Ford.  Way more fun to see them push the limits.

Even with drag slicks Ludicrous was eating the original Hellcat, but the Demon is full second faster than the previous model.

The trick to getting range in an electric car is staying off the peddle... Good luck with that.

My brother had the Lotus chassis 1st Gen Roadster S and I got to air it out a few times. In a word it was unsettling, I think I peed a little in the driver seat when I drove it. Not out of fear, but excitement. If I could still drive I'd have to ware diapers to drive the new one. I don't know of any super car pulling a sub 2 sec 0-60 or sub 9 sec 1/4 mile.

There are a few electric cars vying for fastest over all time at 2018 Pikes Peak. That record was already been made by Lightning Electric in the unlimited motorcycle class.

When I was working at a Nissan dealer out here a group of roadster owners parked overnight to charge their cars. One owner said if he drives partially spirited he got less than 80 miles.

As far as Elon Musk... charismatic, sure. Slightly past the loop? You bet.

Nothing wrong with a little crazy though. Especially with the product he delivers...minus the 3. Lol.
