The local bicycle shop was able to cut to my measured length a new cable for the hood latch. I replaced both the cable and the sheathing. Walmart probably carries replacement bicycle brake cables.

I put a 318 2 bbl on my slant six. Used a bicycle cable. This isn't the stock Hitachi carb anyway.

Which should all be in one thread. You keep looking new, with every post. Stop doing that.

If you come up with a cool discovery, make a How-To. But every single nut and bolt does not need its own dedicated thread.

You can't hang if your nuts haven't dropped...it's physics

A perfect example of a consolidated thread is Crash's thread. A 521 in Massachusetts. All his questions and updates are in one tidy package.

You should start a new thread telling people how-to not start a new thread every time they have something to work on.

Oh and dp, I’m pretty sure I have that choke cable x2.

Ratsun never ceases to amaze me. I posted the same question asking about a choke cable in my truck thread and guess how many replies that got? ZERO

Funniest part is the same dudes who complain are the same dudes who offer solid advice.

Thanks hoagie but dr510 hooked me up with one.

I feel your pain. Get people interested, that's the key. I have business related threads going on other forums and I work hard to keep my followers interested. But then, I have a business to promote, so I work pretty hard at it.

I apologize if I derailed your thread.
