510 wagon rear disc conversion

So I've recently been fed the hell up with my rear drums and I was curious as to what people use for there rears.

I've of course searched and read many and since I have an h190 rear end, it would be awesome to use the beabani setup but that's the six lug for a truck etc.

With that being said, does anyone know if I used the same isuzu setup but instead of the isuzu rotor, used maybe a zx rotor, or maybe another four lug rotor that's the same size in diameter as the isuzu's? Would it fit or would it cause issues because of the depth of the actual rotor on the hub.

Reason I ask is because I can have a beabani bracket made for me for pretty cheap and I would source the rest because I work at oreileys.

And budget is always a problem being a college kid. :(

If anyone is selling a setup while you're reading this, feel free to pm me lol

The '82-'83 S110 200sx is coil spring, so you would need to cut all the coil mounts and strut link mounts off and weld on leaf spring perches. Then there's the gear ratio. Perhaps swap your diff into the 200sx housing. I'm not confident the 200sx axles are the same length as the 510 goon of 10 years previous. Maybe.

Make your own brackets so that...

'82-'83 280zx calipers and rotors fit.

'82-'83 S110 200sx rotors and calipers fit*

'84 only S12 200sx calipers and rotors fit*

'82-'84 Maxima sedan calipers and rotors*

* these are all H-190 axles. Some have e brake cables and some are a linkage rod across the back.

Unbolt. Bolt in.

Everything is connected to the axle...like the plate that the caliper bracket bolts to.

What I suggest had been discussed. I'll see if I can find a thread...or...

I found a thread. You're good.

Looks like I'll be going to the junkyard and looking for a 200sx lol.

I suppose you're right but I just have an issue with how I'd make that bracket and if they work with ebrake.

Not sure what the linkage rod is so I'll have to look into that.

Looks to me also that it's 86-87 calipers according to this page as well.

The bracket looks fairly reasonable to make or get someone to make.

I guess the toughest part would be getting the correct dimensions at this point.

i got the maxima calipers with the 200sx rotors and fabbed up a bracket and they work great with the e brake cable. i just connected it to the cable that was there until i went with the coventional pull lever in the center console. but i will admit. the hardest part was fabbing up the caliper plate to work with the origonal so everything is held together like stock.
