Hello everyone, I am looking for some help with my 62 Datsun Bluebird.  My engine a 1200 is missing the distributor and I am looking to replace it.  does anyone know where I can find another one.  I have been searching the best I can and have found nothing so far.  Also any other parts or locations where I can find parts for it as a back up I would appreciate all information.  Thanks.

OK, do you have your 320/E1 distributor mount bracket?

It's easier/cheaper if you have your mount bracket, but if you don't you can buy a distributor with a mount bracket like this one in the link below.

The distributor above uses normal distributor caps that the plug wires come out the top, if you want the wires coming out the side like stock, then there is this distributor below, but it doesn't come with the mount bracket.

The distributor mount bracket can be bought at Moss Motors (moss part number #153-400).

Read this thread in the link below, it will likely answer a few of your questions.

I understand that it would be nicer to have a stock distributor, but they are getting hard to find and tune up parts are expensive if you can find them at all, while the British have lots of aftermarket distributors that will bolt right in and parts are cheap, all the examples above are electronic ignition, but they do have points distributors also, but why do that.
