Turn your dimmer switch up all the way.

Dash and tail running lamps (side marker, license, running) are on the same wire. If they are working then the dash is disconnected or perhaps the dimmer switch is some how faulty for some reason. If the rear lamps are also out then the whole lighting circuit is in question.

Does your interior light work when you open the door? This is the circuit that also powers the dash and tail lamps. If not working this is a good place to start looking. It gets it's power from the 15 amp fuse located just 3 positions over to the left from the far right hand side of the fuse box. This would be fuse number 13. I wouldn't trust any fuse by examination. Replace it or swap with another 15 amp fuse and see if the problem disappears.
