Flatcat, I deleted the diagram that I made, but can easily make a new one and send you a PDF. It’s very simple, and uses the factory headlight relay to trigger two additional relays. The low/high circuits are completely separate of each other, and each one has its own fuse holder.

I am not interested in making and selling any more.

I'll PM you later. My idea is a bit different than what you made.

But...I like your truck and you're really making some good progress on it.

For the naysayers.

Look of the lights from further away.

Low beam cutoff. Nice upsweep to the right for sign illumination.

High beam. Nice and high and bright right in the center.

Low beam, further out.

High beam, further out.

Low beam, on the road.

High beam, on the road. Notice you can see the tree all the way at the end?

Green thumb, the lights were bought from Susquehanna Motorsports in Pennsylvania. You can buy them with or w/o bulbs.

Thanks for that I was curious too...

Dont know if I missed it or not but what watt bulbs are you running?

And are the lenses in fact glass?

I think thats a nice upgrade compared to some of the other stuff on line.. I hate these new lights with plastic lenses...

Yup housings are glass, and they come with nice thick rubber boots that seal around the back of the bulbs. The indentation and alignment keys on the back line up perfectly with the stock buckets.

For bulbs, I used standard 55/60W 9003's, which are basically the same as H4's. I bought the Philips 9003 Vision Plus. (None of that blue glass bullshit.)

If I had to do it again, I'd order the kit with bulbs. I spent almost $50 on just bulbs at Pep Boys. Their prices on lighting are astronomical.

Or w/o. This is for a single light, so you'd need to order 4.

If you wanted the stock setup, you could order 2 of the above, and then 2 of these: (It's actually cheaper if you don't go the stock route.)

FedEx just dropped off a bunch of disc brake parts for my conversion. I decided on a late 620 MC with 13/16” bore, designed for disc/drum. I’ll be keeping my rear drum brakes. Does the Cardone MC come with the residual valves already installed, or do I need to buy those separate?

I don't think you need to do anything more to the master... I did the same thing got a dual master for front disc/rear drum and things seem to work just fine...

Well, I ordered a 15x8 -19 wheel for test fit. It’ll be wrapped in a 195/60R15, stretched slightly. American Racing notified us that the AR61 wheel is likely going end of life soon.

55 would have been better. More stretch to avoid fender lip. Lightly roll the rear fenders because you will cut a tire. Only the upper center 6 inches need to be massaged.

I think you posted your query about these wheels in the TRUCK WHEELS thread. In that thread I said you'll have a little poke.

Test fit over the stock drums? Cause it will fit, lots of dudes run 15 x 8.5 k5 blazers which are right around that offset as well.

K5s are 15x8 +10et. Why I posted what I did. My K5s are a perfect fit with 195/65R15s. 3" blocks and a couple of removed leafs.
