1lo620
Ok so driving down road the other day. Headlights go out. Brights work but not normal lights. Running lights work dash lights etc. Can it be the switch? Quote Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
its a relay on the 510s. no lows but have HIGHs. the contacks have carbon on them. Not familiar with the 620 but should be similar. One can open up the relay and file or sandpaper the contaks. Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
The relay has only two choices... on or off. The 620 default position, if there is a failure, is HIGH beams. When the lamp position is on LOW and the headlight switch on it's energized and turns on the LOW beams. If you turn on the HIGH beams the power to the relay stops and it reverts to the default. Loss of power to the relay will do the same. Quote Link to comment
