Seeking advice on listing truck

I am new to this forum and would like to know if forums are a successful way to sell a vehicle. I have a 1979 Datsun pickup 620-not a king cab- that I would like to sell, and would love it if it went to a Datsun fan, not just to someone who needs a truck. About 6 years ago I completely restored it (except the carb) and then moved to Florida. It has sat since then as not having AC in Florida wasn't really an option. I have returned and now have no need for it. It will need work to get it going (new battery, tires, wires) but I am not able to do that. Part of the restoration was new paint, radiator...down to the spark plugs. It has a canopy but it is one that wasn't a perfect fit, but was painted as well.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Well lets find out. Place an ad here, http://community.ratsun.net/classifieds/category/15-trucks/?sort_key=date_added&sort_order=desc   it's free and it's easy. To account for your price, include pictures of it, lots of pictures, and a good description of everything and what was done. Just imagine what questions might be asked and include the info needed for an answer. There's lots of room so write a few paragraphs if you want. Encourage people to send any questions to your private message account... http://community.ratsun.net/user/47569-mojo/

Not a king cab .... if it has 4 bed hooks it's a regular cab short wheelbase. If it has 5 hooks a side it's a regular cab long wheelbase truck..
