1964 l320 pick up 1 piece window kits?

For god's sake use laminated safety glass. I think it's been cut with a water jet before, so it is do-able.

 

Lay the replacement glass flat.  Scribe both sided [it's laminated] with the tip of a carbide or diamond glass cutter tool.  Tap the scribed line with the ball end of the cutter.  Presto!  Now get some crocus cloth and polish the sharp cut ends.  Glass shops use a glorified belt sander.
