Lay the replacement glass flat. Scribe both sided [it's laminated] with the tip of a carbide or diamond glass cutter tool. Tap the scribed line with the ball end of the cutter. Presto! Now get some crocus cloth and polish the sharp cut ends. Glass shops use a glorified belt sander. 1 Quote Link to comment
