Paging a Ratsuner, You're on Speedhunters!

Speedhunters spotted a ratty 510 wagon in Washington (I know, that narrows it down... not). However, it's got an IRS swap and a set of Kenmari style headlights (now we're getting somewhere). If you know him, or he's not here to see this, shoot the link over to him (or her)!

That's the wagon of doom. Icehouse built the original version I believe and the next owner added more mods. Pretty sure there is a build thread floating around here for it from back in the day.
