Chopper Jim
B F Goodrich T/A Radials in select 14" sizes. Don't like raised white letters, put them inside. 1 Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
As long as they run in both directions. My '70 Dart came with raised letter tires. Looked good on muscle cars, doesn't look good on today's cars.... at all. 2 Quote Link to comment
Chopper Jim
We've run them both directions with no problems. Quote Link to comment
DaBlist
We've run them both directions with no problems. I saw a guy with a Canadian license backing down the side of the freeway Maybe he didn't know Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
Has to be Canadian to cut the BS. I still have to get them balanced but I can swap them myself. Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
Next ferry is first weekend in June Rick but I hear ya. If I have ,that is an option. Trouble is I can't order them and hang around waiting for them. They would have to be in stock. Quote Link to comment

flatcat19
I actually like Nexan tires. Korean, I think. I have a pair of 641s on my Datsun. Directional All-seasons. Made with decent rubber. Nice grip. Cheap. I have been installing them for years. Very few problems ever seen. Really good tire for the price. Last pair before my current cost me less that $200 for 50 series 16s. I am not a fan of Hankooks. They're oval. Every goddamned one of them. Kumhos aren't worth the price. I've seen too many have failures. Never been a fan of Falkens. Way too soft. Too pricey for a 20,000 mile tire. Toyo? Fuck anything Les Schwab. Even the Toyos LS can't touch. Lol. Hate good years. I don't know why. Just do. Michelin...sidewalls are way too flimsy. I I stall a lot of Yokohama. Meh. Good tire. Decent price. Love Cooper. Had a few different sets over the years. Bridgestone tires kick ass. Had a pair on the Maxima. Grid G0-19s. Just installed a set of $2000 Bridgestone autocross tires on my boss' Lotus. Holy shit those things grip. Meh. Black and round. You get what you pay for. 1 Quote Link to comment
racecar68
I generally use Tire rack for my research, they have a great comparison tool. They do their own testing. Then use your zip code to find a tire rack installer near you. I find that the local installer will usually meet or beat the tire rack price I have bought 4 sets of tires that way. 2 firestone, 2 Hankook. satisfied with both. Quote Link to comment
