BambooU
Looking to paint my wheels. I'm pretty much set on a dark red/maroon color. What I'm looking for is a recommendation on brands. I figure it ought to be a body/exterior touch-up paint. What have y'all found successful? What stays on through weather, brake dust, etc. Quote Link to comment
flatcat19
Powder coat. Bite the bullet and spend the money. Worth it! Quote Link to comment
Lockleaf
I've had questionable success with plasti-dip. Many rave about it but i doubt i will use it again. Engine block paints are pretty heavy duty and come in reds. My best rattle can rims used vht frame and chassis black which held up extremely well. Quote Link to comment
BambooU
Powder coat. Bite the bullet and spend the money. Worth it! I'm skeptical because I'm not painting my whole wheel. I'm looking to keep the polished lip and polished detail. (SSR Starsharks). A DIY paintjob is more what I'm looking for. Quote Link to comment
