datzenmike Posted July 20, 2017 Report Share Posted July 20, 2017 I have the stock 710 tach and '79 Matchbox... works just fine... and it should. All points and EI do is open and close a path to ground for power to travel through the coil. It's basically an on/off switch. 1 Quote Link to comment
