If your talking about the red/black vehicle in my avatar, that is a 1964 Datsun NL320, the 320s were made from 1962 thru 1965.

Thanks every one for your help I had to do the plug rewire but I got it working now to work on the other problems such as the blower fan just quit working

Probably the fuse. It's the 10th fuse over from the left side. 20amp all by itself.

I replaced the fuse replaced blower resister tested the fan only things left is the switch itself and the relay by the fuse box right

There is a ground wire above where the passengers left foot would be, it's in there deep at the firewall, if that ground is not good the blower motor will not work.

If you ground out the blue wire to the blower motor does it work?

it was the blue wire off the motor I didn't notice how corroded it was when I tested to motor I replaced the connection and now it's working flawlessly all four speeds
