Punctuation helps make things clearer and easier to understand. You don't talk like that why post this way?

Of course it won't start the head is off.

Smoke coming out through your engine? What exactly does this mean?

Oil shooting out white smoke? What does this mean exactly?

As it is a Z24 I would guess the most common cause of whatever is wrong is a blown head gasket. It's a toss up as to weather the blown rad caused an over heat and blew the head gasket or a blown head gasket caused the over heating and blew the rad. These engines should NEVER be allowed to over heat. Simply stop driving.

Usually white isn't smoke, it's steam from coolant leaking into the cylinders from the blown gasket. Burning oil is blue.

What does shooting oil throughout the engine mean? All engines have oil shooting through them. Do you mean external leaking? Like the dip stick tube, the valve cover breather? This can also be from the blown gasket. Maybe a hole in a piston or badly worn rings.

Was this engine driven while over heating? .
