Oh yeah, Good-Guys is definitely doable. May not be in full "race-mode", but should be ready by end of June/July.

I wonder if they will let me in with a Datsun...    B)

It's your car, just don't ruin it.

This seems like an elaborate ploy to get me to say "I like the D".

They're allowed, but you might catch some crap from some people. ;)  I see British cars there as well.

I thought they were only allowed if they were powered by American iron?

That's an unwritten rule, technically the only requirement us 1972 or older... But yes, I've heard stories of gate-guards and more blocking 100% import cars. Other option is buying a spot in the swap meet and claiming you're there to sell American parts and the Datto is your parts-hauler...

Still looking like a delay in the build while I work on some other projects. Should be back to it in a few weeks.

Thanks for checking it out!

Whenever I think that I'm out of my mind for putting this much time and money into an old Datsun, all I have to do is look some of your threads to know that I'm not nearly as whack as you are.

You're going to skin a few knuckles, stand up too fast and bump your head, hunt around the floor for the nuts and bolts you dropped, invent a few new cuss words and when you're finished you'll say "That wasn't so hard after all!"
