Hi guys, new member here, I've been searching for Datsun forums like this and Im so excited I stumbled upon this forum. So... Random thought. Growing up, I used to confuse the Datsun 710s with Corollas and I almost still do these days at age 23. They are very similar but the Datsun got my heart now. Talking about ageing well.

Corolla? Far from.

It would be easier to confuse the two with a B-series.

HRH would never make that comparison.

He'd use an RX-3 or some other obscure rice rocket. Never Toyota.

I thank the classifieds are fantastic, but clearly not for me. Im chasing a very good quality rear taillight panel 510 badge that came off the US 510's. Will pay whatever they are worth including shipping costs to Aus. PM me pls if you can hook me up.

Besides Frank Castle would know the difference between a Datsun and a Toyota easily.

MkII Coupe. Inline 6 with a cast iron header, 4 speed gearbox, live axle.

They look sweet dropped with as much tire as can be crammed into the wheel wells. And they could be made to handle quite well.

Sort of like a Japanese version of the pony car or American Muscle car.

I really like those Coronas. Almost bought one before I bought my first Datsun.

Hell, made an offer on one in the parking lot I was waiting in to buy my datsun.
