Sweet datto action

Recommended Posts

Sup guys. Haven't posted in a while so I thought I'd check in with some cool Datto pics I've taken recently.

The 510 below that many of you have probably seen was spotted at Road Atlanta during the Gridlife time attack last year. Owner was pretty nice.

The following S30 was also there, but not competing.

This S30 was hanging out at Zdayz last may. RB powered, typical awesome mods, blah blah.

Whats the powerplant in the 510?

The whole car makes my pee pee go hard.

The intake has ECOTEC and VVT, but I'm not up on the newer engines people are wedging into the Datsuns these days.

It is sweet.

I forgot what the guy said the powerplant was out of, but it's a turbo GM Ecotec. Somewhere around 400whp IIRC.

EDIT: It's an '06 Ecotec 2.4L high compression LE5 from a Pontiac Solstice. It has a GT2871 turbo as well[/size]

Merci beaucoup!

I don't have any video of it, but I can probably track some down.

Another picture of the above car from Formula Drift/GTA.

More ZCON pictures from the show at Circuit of the Americas. The S30/S130 turnout was nothing short of amazing, but I'll tough on that another day.

Caffeine and Octane ATL last month, a BRE 280Z tribute with a built L31 stroker, complete with standalone EFI (obviously), custom plenum, etc. It's crazy cool.
