There's little to gain from this but 5 lug rims. Then you carry two spares????

Just a guess here, but I'm betting he's already swapped in a 5 lug rear end (my money is on Ford) and wants the front to match.   ;)

Techno Toy Tuning has 5 lug hubs for 510 and Z car strut assemblies.

That's the easy answer.

That would be easiest. Cheapest is likely to be swapping to 280ZX struts, then using 85-88 300ZX hubs and rotors.

Im putting a 7.5 rear end from a blazer and thats a 5x120 pattern

To echo what flatcat said, you'd be a hell of a lot better off if you can find a rear end from an 82-83 200SX, preferably from a 2.2L car. That would be an H190 (bulletproof) and it bolts right in.

Even the rear end from an 80-83 2.0L car (H165) is fairly stout and also a bolt in.

Nice side benefit to the 200SX rear end is that it already has disc brakes, and a stock sway bar comes with it.

Is there a benefit to modding all these axles to fit your 210 that I'm not understanding?

You're not getting better brakes with any of them...Just doing work.

200sx axle/diff or new axle shafts for current Ford housing seems the easiest route to travel.
