sergio620
Hello I found a nearby partout and was wondering , will a bench seat from a 1985 manual 720 fit and direct bolt up to a 1979 manual 620? Quote Link to comment
willz
Pretty sure it's been talked about in a few threads, as far as I know the 720 and 620 shared rockers and pans. So yea, pretty sure they do Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
The 720 is wider, seats may be also. Use a tape measure. 2 Quote Link to comment
Farmer
I put in a '85 toyota bench in once. Made back support pieces and new holes Quote Link to comment
Jersey
Yes, it will fit. No, it's not a direct bolt-in. I put one from a 1980 720 in my '74 620. It is wider as Mike said. If I remember right...In the front I had to drill holes because it tracked wider. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Don't Dodge Neon buckets practically bolt it? Quote Link to comment
G-Duax
I had some old 'Cuda buckets in my 521. They were comfy. My 620 got a pair of el-cheapo chinese 'tuner' seats about 8 years ago. Other than fading from black to almost a light gray, they haven't been too bad. Not as comfortable as the Recaro in my Toyota, but I can buy 4 pair of the chinese crap for what 1 Recaro costs.
