Crashtd420 Posted November 7, 2017 Report Share Posted November 7, 2017 If it's a matter of not being able to drive the truck then it's worth it.... depends on what it would take to get the l20 running.. A set of rings should be cheap enough.... you maybe not get full life out it but I bet it will last long enough to get that l20 done.. a running driving truck keeps the motivation up, and empty engine bay does not and if you have no intentions of keeping the l16 I wouldn't invest any more than a ring set... spend the money on the l20.... 1 Quote Link to comment

datzenmike Posted November 7, 2017 Report Share Posted November 7, 2017 It's L20B. An L20 is a six cylinder. An L20B will pull harder and be faster in every gear with less effort.
