JoeyP31
New member from Kansas. I recently bought a 1974 Datsun 620 pickup from a guy in Oklahoma. I'm extremely exited to see how this truck will end up. I've been following this forum since I picked up my truck about a month ago and finally kind of learned how to navigate the site. So I wanted to make an account and get a chance to learn and soak up some information on these things. I have pictures but not sure how to upload. I know I need a photo bucket but how do I go about doing that? 1 Quote Link to comment
]2eDeYe
Welcome. Can't wait to see pics :) http://community.ratsun.net/topic/691-how-to-post-pictures-and-keep-online-photo-albums/ That might help. I know there is another thread about photobucket specifically. 1 Quote Link to comment

HOGIE
That's a pretty straight 620. Nice score. Stock wheels and caps, sweet. Grill and bumper are nice too It looks like the previous owner did a paint job before sale. To bad they painted things that shouldn't be painted, hood trim, door handles, taillight housing, from what I can see. Does it run and drive. Check brakes, fuel, charging. All good than drive it. That's all the advise I have until you can tell us 'the plan' Quote Link to comment
JoeyP31
The truck actually runs very well. The engine has been rebuilt and the heads milled. No coolant leaks and the radiator holds compression. The front crankshaft seal is leaking a small bit however. Other than that no fluid leaks. It runs and shifts just fine and the clutch is new when the previous owner sent the engine off to get rebuilt. 1 Quote Link to comment
