If you live by the ocean, then their focus is mariscos or sea food. I even heard from my mexican co workers that burritos is an american thing and theres texmex style. Similarly, Chinese food cant be lump into one. Theres hunan, taiwan style, hong kong, just to name a few. 1 Quote Link to comment
