datson4life
So im gonna set aside the itb setup on my ka for now and slap back the stock intake manifold and stock ecu, question is can my mtxl innovate wideband do the work, or send the same output signal to the stock ecu as the stock o2 sensor? Draker
Probably have to run both. Doubt the wide band sends the same signal a's an o2 which sends a voltage of 0 to 1 volts. Quote Link to comment
Lozer
I used a innovate wideband on my c4 383 build and it does double duty. has an output for short band and then the one that goes to the wideband gauge. Quote Link to comment
kelowg
Believe my innovate can do both signals. Pulled it from wrecked truck, but lost instructions. Quote Link to comment
datson4life
Yes! It has 0 to 1 and 1 to 5v or something like that. So what does the ka o2 give out? Volts or resistance? Quote Link to comment
Draker
If it's an O2.. then volts. Quote Link to comment
datson4life
Ok cool. Them imma go with the brown wire which is 0 to 1v output. The yellow is 0 to 5v Thanks fellas Quote Link to comment
Draker
good to know your wide band does both. I might have to look at one of these when the time comes! Quote Link to comment
datson4life
Im wrong. I got black, white, yellow, red I havent been able to find the proper diagram. Now i need to know if yellow is the proper output, which seems to be 0 to 1v what i need Quote Link to comment
Laecaon
Innovate controllers can emulate a stock o2 narrowband, and has an output for that. But you might have to simulate the heating circuit to make the ECU happy. But its also not hard to drill and weld another bung for the wideband. 1 Quote Link to comment
