I'm getting ready to do the swap with a single cam KA.

is the engine bracket the same for a single cam and dual cam?

Yes. They have the same mounting pattern on the block.

Just in case anyone else wants the quick answer :)

The long answer.

All the KA's from the 240sx and the D21/frontier have the same block mounting pattern.

They do have different mounts at the frame, which isn't important for those of us swapping them as none really fit in the datsun trucks.

The fwd KA's have completely different blocks and other issues that make them far more difficult to swap.

Not only spoon fed but then you're expected to burp them too. On top of this, they are only mildly interested or they wouldn't be asking. Anyone interested in doing anything would be wise to do their own research and ask specific questions.

I didnt cut any. Just got lucky idk i think my cab "may" have bigger cab mounts raising it enough to clear. The reason i say this is because me and my buddy both pulled our torsion bars out.

He tucked a 15x8 wheel on a 195 45 tire. My truck sat about an inch higher than his.

Also updates.

My buddy justin can de-pin and set up the harness to wire in very easy and no need for the can am box.

5 wires and done. Fully tucked too.

Relays and new loom.

Regular loom $300

Mesh loom for cleaner look $350
