I don't know can't see. Take a look at the 10th fuse over from the left side of the fuse box. It's 20 amp, the only 20 amp in the box. If obviously blown OK, if not obvious, it's best to replace as a visual is unreliable. You could try a 15 amp on low speed to see it that's it.

hard to diagnose electrical over the forum. The 720 I'm working on has entire rat and or mice nests in the dash! I'm going to have to pull everything out to get the blower fan clan.

The fan switch is the side to side motion of that lever. The a/c is switched by pulling on that lever. If the light comes on but no fan action is going on, that means your a/c is grounding but the fan isn't. Does the fan work on high speed?
