TAKE A LOOK. Is the idle speed screw turned up toooooo high? You would be right, noticed fuel getting out under the carb adapter gasket so I am assuming this is where air is getting in. Pulling carb and making a new gasket to see if that helps. Also not putting rtv on it since this seems to be the consensus here.
