Not a vacuum leak. Air is getting in through the carb and drawing in fuel. Can only be the primary or secondary side. TAKE A LOOK.

 

Is the idle speed screw turned up toooooo high?

You would be right, noticed fuel getting out under the carb adapter gasket so I am assuming this is where air is getting in. Pulling carb and making a new gasket to see if that helps. Also not putting rtv on it since this seems to be the consensus here. Looks like Hainz was right that it would be something simple.
