BestyBlue77
Hey guys! My Ignition Coil is sparking Blue out of the Secondary while attempting to do a compression test. What's going on??? That's not right! Quote Link to comment
Doctor510
Don't use the ign switch when doing the test, use a remote starter button! Then buy a new coil. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Electricity will always look for the easiest path to ground. With a plug wire, or wires, off the easiest path used to be the spark plug but now it jumps to the coil negative terminal. As stated leave the ignition switch off and use a remote starter or pull the plug wire off the distributor cap and lay on a grounded surface where the spark will do no harm. 1 Quote Link to comment
