Arkrider410
well after thinking and thinking and thinking so more it time to let somebody else deal with goblin. its just too small for us and i would rather it go to somebody that will either use it for parts or put it back on the road. so how much is it worth? 1 Quote Link to comment

flatcat19
More than the Ford. 2 Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
You know what you paid for it. Add the cost of anything you bought and added to it. Pay yourself $0.25 an hour for all the work you did on it. Estimate the value of the gas in the tank. Add it up and add 10% for your trouble. Post here... http://community.ratsun.net/classifieds/category/15-trucks/?sort_key=date_added&sort_order=desc . Expect to get 2/3 of what you want for it. This is an enjoyment tax. Datsun owners mostly keep their Datsuns because they are worth more in their minds that what people will pay for them. 3 Quote Link to comment
bilzbobaggins
dont sell this to a scrapyard please. If you don't find a buyer and can't keep it, I will make my way up there. Be sorta nice to see the family anyways 1 Quote Link to comment
Arkrider410
Don't worry about the scarpyard i wouldn't sale to a scrap yard I'd part it first and flatcat I can sell my Ford for 3 times the datsun. 1 Quote Link to comment
bilzbobaggins
It's 3x badass level though in a Datsun. That's the base modifier. Does take a slight penalty for being a 620 and all. *rolling smiley face x4* 1 Quote Link to comment
flatcat19
I'd offer more for the Datsun than some guzzling pig American steel. 1 Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
Are we done here? It will sell for what someone is willing to pay for it. Your location might make it a rarity but likewise, there may be no market. Like having one at the south pole. Time may limit how long you may want to wait for the perfect buyer. Look around on e Bay, craigslist , auto trader for similar sales in your general area but ultimately take a guess, post it and wait, or lower the price till it sells. You might entertain the idea of just storing it safely and waiting for a future opportunity to restart your project. 1 Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
'73 (first year) L16 drum brakes, same 4 speed as the 510 wagon. Reg cab short wheelbase. Most places (like kalifornia) don't require a smog check for this year. 2 Quote Link to comment

flatcat19
All these threads of people wanting to sell Datsuns and members telling them not to. I say sell them if you don't want the Datsun. Let them get to somebody that will love and care for it. No hesitation. Just do t mess with them before you sell them. Bought it no -running? Leave it alone and send new owner our way. 4 Quote Link to comment
Arkrider410
Don't have a problem with it not running the problem is the cab is so narrow my shoulders would rub my dad's and I can't leave him at home cause I'm his caretaker and he needs care 24/7 2 Quote Link to comment

Meant for any/everybody in a position to sell a Datsun they never wanted. 2 Quote Link to comment
Arkrider410
I know but I figured I'd tell y'all why I have to get rid of it. And if I could I'd keep it when I had my d21 I wanted a 620 1 Quote Link to comment
