JCCS Caravan! Calling all Bay Area Datsun Heads!

Hey guys, I am heading down to JCCS this year. First time attending the show, and a couple friends wanted to join, so we decided to get a caravan going! So far, we have about 10 or so cars willing to drive down. The majority of us will be meeting in San Jose, and picking up stragglers along the way to Long Beach. We will be meeting up with some So-Cal Datsun heads there, and after the show, possibly plan a meet or hit the beach!

 

 

Here are times and meet-ups for those interested in Joining us!

 

        1. Friday Sept 23, 2016

         Meet-up @ 6:30 PM

         Denny's Restaurant, 1001 E Capitol, San Jose, CA 95121

         Will wait 15-30 minutes for those that need time. 

 

 

        2. Meet-up @ 7:15 pm

          Sonic's Drive In, 6921 Cameron Blvd, Gilroy, CA 95020

         Will wait 15-30 minutes for those that need time. (For those that are located in the Salinas/Monterey area)

 

 

 

        3. Meet-up @ 8-8:30 pm

           Chevron Gas Station, 28960 Gonzaga Road, Gustine, CA 95322

          Will wait 15-30 minutes for those that need time. (For those that are located in the Sacramento/Modesto area)

 

 

We are trying to accommodate those who live in far areas of our Meet-ups. Please check your google maps for time arrivals. The times are based on the group who is meeting in San Jose.  After these 3 stops, we will be heading straight to Long Beach to the most convenient hotel or place near the show that can store our cars safely, take a nice rest, and then have some fun at JCCS!

 

If there is anyone that would like to meet-up with us along the way, we can make a stop for you. For any questions or concerns, please message me or text me. I'll update the thread with any new changes to the caravan. Thanks!

Personally, and I'm a bit biased, I'd much rather take the 101 down.

I agree with matt, but the 5 is a shorter straighter route. How ever the 101 also might be a little cooler then staying Inland.

Look up the Residence Inn. It is right next to the Queen Mary. About 200.00 a night not bad, and nice place to stay.

I'll be trailering mine down Friday around 1 or 2  hitting the I5 east of san jose around 2:30 3 ish. 

 

Doing the run in a 4 speed with 4.44 gears would suck.

Hey everyone, I myself am not able to attend anymore due to urgent matters that popped out of nowhere. I do believe other datsun heads will be meeting still at these locations, so feel free to either tag along or just head down to long beach.
