It also was never said that Al got the Canby truck back for only $600 although the resale amount was posted. What was suspected was never out there. That is that the raffle money probably disappeared between Canby and when the truck was flipped and sold to Jrock to make good on the donation promised... well at least to the school that is..... and a tidy profit made and kept. If Al was a politician lining his pockets you wouldn't be complaining about this being rehashed. Ignoring the smell doesn't make it go away, and trust me something stinks here. jrock4224 Posted September 23, 2016 Report Share Posted September 23, 2016 i can tell u from a valuable source inside datslocos that al showed a stack of hundreds as the donations money ... and i know we didnt all buy raffles with c notes ... and i can bet they were all new blue ones cause i am the weird sob that takes old green c notes and trades them in for new blue ones ... and honestly this may never have been donated unless dnw and the likes reached out to me asking where the donation was and how much i paid to buy the truck .... and i asked the source and he said he donated it via check ... then it was he had given it straight to the school .. then mailed it ./.... then mailed it to the wrong address then ... fuck i dont remember ...every time i was asked and asked it was a new story....i didn't wanna be involved .... i assumed it was donated shortly aft er the show and like mike if i hadn't had bought it then what ... and secondly if i hadn't of put it on here then would the second purchase be even used to cover the donation ,.,,.the time from when i was asked and asked till the donation was actually made was a fair amount of time ... i had a plan to not even tell anyone till i showed up at a show with the new and improved can'tby truck to tell anyone ... so would that have been ample time to spend my money and not had money to donate .... then what ...all questions i asked of al ... some answered some just spun into some excuse slash story ... Im guessing thats why the low profile then ,,,, i would post our convo via text but its got some not so nice things said about me and people but honestly it goes all over the place ... from fuck u i will eat u to lets hug ... ratsun will survive with out the lack the donation... but it begs the question .... why does i take a call out to follow through on promises .... whether donations or projects ... i wont even begin to tell u the storys of help me out an pay for this ca 18 im hurting for money ... i will bring it to u ... prolly something i never would have gotten unless i bought the truck now that i think about it ... but i bought the ca sight un seen cash money the same hour ... pay pal sent ... cause he was in a tough spot ... I had donated the front and back windshield rubbers, $50 to Busta and $50 to PayPal. I also contributed 4 of those C notes towards the raffle. Out of all of that, and the ensuing drama, I am glad the school got something as that was the primary reason I bought that many tickets. My plan was if I somehow won the truck, I was going to re-raffle it on the spot to any of the guys there that had tickets and donated parts or labor.
