Hix1985
They look like 1982 or 83 280zx calipers 3 Quote Link to comment
INDY510
you might want a bolt/washer on that lower shock mount 1 Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Totally a guess until I get home... IF it's Nissan equipment.... '82-'82 S110 200sx, Maybe the early S12 with H-190 axle. I'm going to say NOT the zx as the e brake appears to be pulled horizontally from behind the differential. I may be wrong but this would be a solid axle car set up. Quote Link to comment
logicali
do the numbers stamped on the calipers mean anything?..... does anyone know if these kind of brackets will let me use both calipers(200sx or maxima)? i just want to buy new caliperes pads and rotors and move on Quote Link to comment
4perrev
Might be 200x, but probably maxima brakes. Just bought 86-87 maxima rear calipers to go over 200sx rotors. bought custom mounts from a guy on line for $99. If those are trashed, go new all the way. Not sure your mounts would fit the new ones, but if getting them from a junkyard, it maybe pretty cheap! Quote Link to comment

logicali
The rh one is on the left side and lh one is on the right side , whoever put em on , put em backwards Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
See that long casting neck sticking out to the left? It holds the parking brake cable? Well the zx does not have that. The '82-'83 S110 does and so does the almost identical '82-'84 Maxima. Quote Link to comment
bilzbobaggins
They on backwards to get the bleeder on the top? Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
You mean left side on right. Normally the S110 calipers are mounted to the rear of the wheel not on top like this 510. Thus the bleeder is specific to left or right side in order to be upward for bleeding. In the top position the bleeder will be front or back. Don't know which is best for bleeding. Rotating the caliper mount 90 degrees to the rear would place the calipers in the S110 position but left and right would be more important. Quote Link to comment
bilzbobaggins
Lulz. Yeah. Side to side. Was my only thought. Quote Link to comment
logicali
does that mean these brackets are on wrong?? would any other calipers fit? Quote Link to comment
