I just got my 76 620 kc a few months ago, ive been trying to re-do a lot of wiring, im getting closer to getting my engine running so i decided to get my brakes working. So I replaced my master cylinder, and went to bleed them, heres the problem my drivers front bleeder screw broke in half when I tried to loosen it. then the drivers rear bleeder stripped out. I was able to loosen both on the passenger side.

is there any place that sells the piece where the bleeder screw and lines connect, I got new cylinders, but i have no clue where to find the y fitting things. and i tried to post pictures, but it wouldn't let me

Welcome! I'm new too. I've had success using Rock Auto for parts. Here is a link for those bleeders. If you need them sooner, I'd get a part number off Rock Auto and call your local part stores. Brake bleeders are on most cars so it shouldn't be hard to find. Good luck.

As far as pics go, many people use photobucket, or imgur, etc. Once you upload a pic to one of those hosting sites, they'll give you a url to be able to paste into the comment editor here. Hope that helps. Cheers.

You shouldn't need the bolts. I don't think I have those anyways.

The bleeder T's are at my work. Let me make sure the actual valves are loose before I commit.

Check this thread tomorrow morning and you'll have your answer and a pic or two.

Ah, I see. I think this part comes with the wheel cylinder assembly, when you buy it new.

I tried that. No. Those are old pictures.

Any cylinder you buy from Rock Auto, NAPA, AutoZone, etc, that has the T shown will NOT come with it. I bought part brands I did not want only because they were showing the T.

Color me pissed the fuck off upon arrival. I was on a tight timeline when I was shopping for replacements.

Best is to find usable ones from yard or get your broken valves unstuck. Hint: impact is your friend.

Ease up. No damn parts store will be able to actually tell you crap. I've been in that industry for the past ten years. 99% of the counter guys will never figure out what he is talking about anyways.

I can guarantee that part is not available from O'Reilly and AutoZone.

Gatos experiences are not wrong. He's trying to save a guy a headache and he's willing to ship out parts for just cost of shipping. Why the douchery about him offering help?

The inner diameter of the T between the models should be the same. I can't imagine why they would be different.

It is the through bolt threads that is different.

PM me your address and they'll be on their way to you early next week.

As long as your through bolt is in good shape, nothing to worry about.

I'll get you an email in a minute.

Except the brake line on the 521 banjo fitting is SAE inverted flare and the 620 banjo brake line fitting is Metric inverted flare 10mm x 1.  You will have to cut the steel brake line and change the fitting to SAE or try to find an adapter.

I know Gene Knight on here has them for the 620.  Pm him.
