any help/suggestions removing an A14 intake/exhaust mainfold?

Hey everyone, thanks for your help already and I am sure this will be an easy answer or no-brainer...

but, I am trying to replace the head gasket and I am on the last step before being able to do so according to the  1975 b210's repair manual. I have taken all of the bolts off of the mainfolds, or at least think I have, but it doesnt seem like it wants to/ or is able to move off of the block. Anyone know why? Or what else I need to remove?

AND - how to post a photo.. Is it through the my media button or what..? Thanks again

I don't know right off hand if they use a conjoined manifolds on the a series. If they do, there are two nuts that are a raging bitch to get at. At least on an l series. A series ppl should be able to tell you more

Alec I routinely pop the head off with full intake and exhaust attached. There are a couple of nuts that are hard to get at. On the race car I unbolt the exhaust pipe from the header, pop the throttle cable off, pull the fuel line and then pull the whole assembly. The manifold nuts are easier to get to with the head tipped on its side.

okay - so thank you and a buddy with a spare one out of a car showed me where the bolts and washers are, have them all off  - still it won't clear where the driveshaft goes...

it almost seems like I have to undue the three bolts that attach there on that thing and remove it, because it would definitely then be able to clear, but don't know how hard it would be to reassemble or if it would mess with the alignment, etc..
