j&n's411 Posted June 2, 2016 Report Share Posted June 2, 2016 hi im new to this forum but no stranger to cars. recently my dad bought a 1967 datsun pl411. now when he told me he bought a 411 i had no clue what it was did my research on these awsome cars. the body style is way cool love the curvy edges. so the car was a total rebuild we are 70 percent there. the last owners had no clue on how to do body work but i got that covered. the motor well its a little unique its not the standard engines that come in them i think. its a j15 and from my research tells me its a forklift motor. we rebuilt it with a brand new engine reabuild kit. the whole engine bay was stripped of its paint and truck bed lined and motor all painted up looking sweet. i used 1.5/8 exhaust cause its not a race car so no need to overkill the pipe size just a daily. what muffler should i run if i want it almost quiet. pics commins soon 1 Quote Link to comment

When just using those links you have to hit the thing in your toolbar that looks like a photo, and paste it in the box it brings up.
