wayno Posted September 16, 2017 Report Share Posted September 16, 2017 If you don't want it to diesel, put it in gear, step on the brake, turn the key off and let the clutch out at the same time, after a while you will not even notice yourself doing it, also when you park your vehicles they should be in gear anyway, that way if the e-brake isn't set properly it will not likely roll away. 1 Quote Link to comment
tdc Posted September 18, 2017 Author Report Share Posted September 18, 2017 so I found a huge air leak at the Webber adapter, the adapter actually broke and I'mma have to replace it. I gooped it up with some fresh grey gasket maker to get me home from sac, I'll get a new adapter and do it right soon. it hasn't dieseled since i fixed the air leak. not convinced that was the whole issue, but we'll see. i do stall kill it sometimes, but i'd rather just fix the underlying issue. the exhaust does get warm, almost hot even, but not hot enough to burn anyone though. it's fine. 1 Quote Link to comment
