I'll assume the engine and ignition was off. Just got in and applied the brakes?

Power is always available for the brakes, assuming the fuse is good. It's on the 'always hot side' of the fuse box. Same as horn and interior light.

The 620 has dual filament bulbs... brake and running (parking) lamps. If a brake filament broke and a bump caused it to touch a running lamp filament it could easily weld them together and power all the parking, clearance and dash lamps.

As Mike said- you have a bulb shorting the running light to the turn signal.  Since the brake does it and the left turn signals do it, it's probably in the left rear taillight.  Couple be corrosion in the socket, a loose bulb, or a broken filament in the bulb, so if you pull the left-center bulb in the housing that should solve it.
